How to book your PXM airport transfer
Send your arrival date, flight number, expected arrival time and the name and location of your accommodation. These details let us review the route and prepare a quote for your group.
Include everyone travelling, including babies, and tell us how many bags you have. Request a child seat in advance so we can check availability. Your booking is confirmed once the price, time and meeting point have been agreed on WhatsApp.
Meeting outside or inside the airport
Some PXM pickups require a walk of approximately 4–5 minutes outside the terminal. Before you book, we explain the exact meeting point and how to find us. Send a WhatsApp message after landing to coordinate your exit.
If you prefer an inside-airport pickup, have a lot of luggage or travel with someone who needs assistance, mention this when requesting your quote. We check availability and the price for that option before confirming.
Which part of Puerto Escondido are you staying in?
We arrange rides to Zicatela, Punta Zicatela or La Punta, Rinconada, Carrizalillo, Bacocho, Adoquín and other local destinations. The neighbourhood helps, but your hotel’s exact location is needed to confirm the drop-off point.
Ask about a longer-distance transfer for Mazunte, Zipolite, Casa Wabi or Hotel Terrestre. If your flight arrives at Huatulco, specify HUX: it is a different airport from PXM and needs a separate route and quote.
Plan your return to the airport
We also coordinate transfers from your accommodation back to PXM. Share the pickup location and your flight’s departure time so we can agree on a pickup time in advance. Return drop-offs can take place at the terminal.
For a round trip, send the dates and flight details for both journeys. We confirm the times and meeting points for each leg so your arrival and departure plans stay clear.

Is pickup always inside the terminal?+
The meeting point depends on the agreed service. Some pickups require a 4–5 minute walk outside the terminal. Ask about availability and the price for an inside-airport pickup before booking.
