Arriving at your accommodation in Zipolite
We need the name and location of your hotel, house or accommodation to agree on the correct drop-off point. If you have not booked a stay, choose a specific arrival point: “the beach” alone may not make clear where the ride should end.
Share any access instructions from your host. If arrival needs to be at a particular entrance or meeting point, we agree on that with you before confirming the transfer.
From Puerto Escondido airport
Send your arrival date, flight number and expected time to coordinate PXM pickup. Some pickups require a 4–5 minute walk outside the terminal; we confirm the meeting point and directions before booking.
If your flight arrives at Huatulco, specify HUX when you contact us. PXM and HUX are different airports, and we need to know your departure airport to confirm availability and the price.
One way, return or a trip with stops
Ask about a direct journey to your accommodation or arrange a return on a different date. For a day outing, request a service with waiting time and agree on the return time.
If you want to stop at Mazunte, San Agustinillo or Puerto Ángel, explain the full route before booking. Each stop, the waiting time and your final destination form part of the quoted itinerary.
Zipolite to Puerto Escondido or the airport
For your return, send the exact pickup location and a contact reachable on WhatsApp. If you are flying from PXM, share your departure time so we can agree on pickup in advance.
Tell us how many people and bags are travelling. Each taxi carries up to four passengers, including babies. Larger groups need to confirm the required vehicles and total price before booking.
