Zicatela or La Punta: tell us where you are staying
Punta Zicatela is also known as La Punta. When requesting your transfer, specify whether your accommodation is there or in Playa Zicatela. These are different drop-off locations, so the exact address matters for your quote.
Send the name of your accommodation and a location link, especially for a house or Airbnb. Share any special street or access instructions so we can agree on the drop-off point before the ride.
PXM airport to your hotel
For an airport arrival, send your date, flight number, expected arrival time and destination. Some PXM pickups require a 4–5 minute walk outside the terminal; we confirm the meeting point before you book.
If you need an inside-airport pickup, ask about availability and the price. Message us on WhatsApp after landing to coordinate your exit and confirm where to meet.
Local rides from your accommodation
You can also request a taxi from Zicatela or La Punta to Adoquín, Rinconada, Carrizalillo, Bacocho or another location. For a local ride, we need both exact locations and your pickup time.
Tell us in advance about suitcases, beach equipment or unusually large items. We review luggage space along with passenger numbers to organise a suitable vehicle.
Returning from Zicatela or La Punta to PXM
Share your pickup location and flight departure time. We agree on a pickup time before your travel day, and return drop-offs can take place at the terminal.
If your itinerary includes several pickups, a meal stop or a later trip to Mazunte or Zipolite, explain the full plan. All stops and waiting time need to be agreed in your quote.
